Where do you ship?
SERVICE AREA
We ship to all U.S. states and the District of Columbia with the exception of Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Arizona, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii, due to strict alcohol delivery restrictions in these states.
If you provide a shipping address that is one of these states, we regret that we will have to cancel your order.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Yes.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes?
No.
How long does it take the order to ship & what is the cost?
Orders take 3 business days to process and 7-10 days to arrive via ground shipping.
Shipping Cost: Introductory Shipping is FREE!
What is your return/refund policy?
Customer Return Policy:Returns are not accepted as customers cannot legally ship consumable goods back to us.
Refund Policy:We are not responsible for damaged inventory, but will handle customer requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@55thavenuecocktails.com with your order #, name, photos of UNOPENED damaged goods, and lot #s on bottom of each can. This process can take up to 15 business days to complete on our end.
Address Change Policy:Address changes are not accepted after order placement.
Mispack: Please send a photo of mis-packed goods to info@55thavenuecocktails.com for reshipment requests.
How old do you have to be to place an order?
21 years of age minimum.
Where should I ship my order?
To a physical address where someone at least 21 years of age is present and available to sign for the package.
Can I add, cancel or remove a product to my order?
Once an order is completed and confirmed, you cannot add an additional product and will need to start a new order.
